MSF (Medicins Sans Frontieres) Clinic in Kodok, Upper Nile State, where doctors and nurses treated cases of malnutrition and dehydration. This elderly lady was there with her family. Many people fled Malakal, the state capital of Upper Nile when fighting broke out. Malakal has been a heavily contested battle ground of the war since the conflict began on December 15th 2013.
